Kasey Brickley has extensive experience in customer service and claims examination, spanning from roles in various organizations since 2002. Currently serving at BRMS since March 2016, Kasey has held multiple positions including Claims Examiner, Claims Liaison, Customer Support Representative, and Customer Support Trainer. Prior positions include Service Coordinator at Roseville Toyota and Customer Service Professional at BCBSNC, where duties included managing calls, assisting with health benefits, and explaining medical claims. Additional experience includes roles at Macy's, Casa Del Mar Beachfront Suites, Autistic Children, Inc., Bath and Body Works, and FYE, demonstrating a strong background in sales, administrative support, and guest services. Kasey holds an AAS degree in Computer Business Administration from Heald College, completed in 2004.
