Mike Provencher currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success at Brizo FoodMetrics, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Provencher worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Ragni Lighting from January 2017 to September 2021, and as a Trainer/Coach with Les Capitales de Québec from January 2015 to January 2017. Provencher's professional journey began in baseball, playing as a Professional Athlete for various independent teams, including the El Paso Diablos and Quebec Capitales, from June 2009 to September 2014. Additionally, Provencher gained diverse experience in customer service and operations through roles at Ski Butlers, Ripken Baseball, and Pinnacle Architectural Lighting. Provencher obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Colorado Mesa University between 2005 and 2009.
