Rob Taylor currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Managing Director at Brixton Capital, overseeing a $1.75 billion AUM multifamily and retail investment platform focused on core plus and value-add investments in the southwestern United States since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rob Taylor was the Senior Director of Acquisitions at Invesco US from May 2013 to November 2023, leading acquisition sourcing in California and various markets for multiple product categories. Rob Taylor also held the position of Vice President at KBS Realty Advisors and Vice President of Acquisitions at BentleyForbes, where significant investments in office, retail, and industrial assets were executed. Earlier in Rob Taylor's career, a role as Senior Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs involved the origination and closing of substantial mortgage financing. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
