Mark Horgan serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Brixmor Property Group, a role held since May 2016. Prior to this position, Mark Horgan was a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured from January 2007 to May 2016 and held the title of Vice President - Capital Markets at The Mills Corporation from March 2003 to January 2007. Mark Horgan began their career as a Capital Markets Analyst at Federal Realty Investment Trust from August 2001 to July 2002 and as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst at First Union Securities between April 1998 and August 2001. Mark Horgan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Finance from the University at Buffalo, completing studies from 1993 to 1997.
