Melissa Kilbourn's work experience includes various roles at different companies. From 2012 to the present, they have worked at Britten Inc., starting as a Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator and progressing to HR Manager and eventually VP of Marketing. Currently, they serve as the VP of BannerSaver. Prior to Britten Inc., they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Winmark Corporation from 2009 to 2012.

Melissa Kilbourn attended Hope College from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Melissa studied Management and Political Science during their time there. In 2008, Melissa had the opportunity to study Management, Economics, and Political Science at the University of Wollongong for a brief period.

After a gap in their education, Melissa enrolled at Davenport University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA). The specific field of study during this period is not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Melissa also holds various certifications. Melissa became a Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) in July 2015.
