Mona Farrag is a dedicated Learning Support Assistant at The British School of Alexandria since January 2018, providing tailored educational support for students with significant learning needs. Previously, Mona served as an Investment Advisor at Capital Incorporation in Egypt from April to December 2014, where responsibilities included client consultations and financial reviews. Prior to this role, Mona worked as a Technical Support Representative and member of the Escalation Team at Sutherland Global Services from January 2012 to April 2014, delivering customer service and technical assistance for Bell Canada’s small and medium business customers. Mona holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Construction from the Faculty of Engineering at Alexandria University, completed between 2006 and 2011, and attended Sainte Jeanne Antide from 1993 to 2006.
