Francis Tengenesha has extensive work experience in the finance and investment industry. Francis began their career as an Investment Associate at Coutts in 2014 and then moved on to Colchester Global Investors Limited, where they worked as a Fixed Income Portfolio Administrator from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined West Yorkshire Pension Fund as an Alternative Investments Analyst and held this role until 2022. During this time, they gained experience in analyzing alternative investments. In 2022, Francis took on multiple roles, including being a Member of the Council and Finance Committee at the University of East Anglia and a Senior Investment Manager at British Patient Capital. Currently, they hold these positions and continues to contribute their expertise and knowledge to these organizations.

Francis Tengenesha, also known as 昄腦韓, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Brunel University London. Francis also completed a Chinese Mandarin Language Programme at Shanghai International Studies University. Additionally, Francis has pursued studies in Investment Management Certificate from CFA UK Society.
