Lizzie Hutchins MRICS is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Portfolio Management Surveyor at British Land since February 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Surveyor, Surveyor, and Graduate Surveyor at CBRE from September 2019 to February 2023. Early career experiences consist of a Valuation Intern position at GL Hearn in September 2018, a Research Intern at JLL in July 2018, and an Asset Management Intern role at The Portman Estate also in July 2018. In May 2017, Lizzie received the Savills Prize for Part 1 Undergraduate Students for excellence in project contributions while studying at the University of Reading, from which a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate was attained in 2019.
