Hema Patel is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Business Partner at Oxfordshire County Council since April 2009. In addition to this role, Hema Patel is a founding member and Co-Chair of the BAME Staff Network, demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Hema Patel also holds positions as a Business System Analyst and Senior Administrative Officer at SUMMERFIELD STABLES-HORSES IN THE COMMUNITY since June 2023, and as a Fundraising Officer at the British Horse Society since August 2022, while contributing as a member of the EDI Advisory Group.
