Jason Ngui is an Environmental and Engineering Geophysicist at the British Geological Survey since October 2022, specializing in 4D geo-electrical monitoring techniques for applications in shallow geothermal energy and slope stability. Previously, Jason served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University from October 2019 to September 2022, leading over 30 geophysical surveys and deploying monitoring stations for slope and reservoir studies. Jason's academic background includes a PhD in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering) from National Chiao Tung University and a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Early career experiences include roles as a student ambassador and summer trainee, focusing on administration and project support within various educational and corporate settings.
