Yasha Thakerar has extensive experience in process development and management within the British Gas group since 1984. Throughout this tenure, Yasha has held multiple titles, including Process Development Owner and Process Design Owner at Centrica-British Gas and British Gas Home Services. Additionally, Yasha served as Service Manager at British Gas Services and Contact Centre Manager from June 1996 to May 2004, overseeing seven teams and focusing on enhancing customer experience and implementing various initiatives within the contact centre.
