Andrew Dixon has extensive experience in systems analysis, IT development, and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior MI/Insight Analyst at British Gas since April 2013, Andrew leads high-profile projects, such as the UK field coaching team quarterly reward process, leveraging complex algorithms for performance analysis. Prior to this, Andrew held roles at Lloyds Banking Group from 2001 to December 2012, including Senior Systems Developer and Operational Support Manager, where responsibilities included managing system changes for the Point Of Sale system and overseeing incident management processes. Andrew's career began at Halifax from 1988 to 2001, where roles spanned from Banking Clerk to North Regional Trainer, cultivating a strong foundation in customer service and employee development. Andrew's education includes attending Headlands School and Martongate.
