David Jorgensen is an experienced Food & Beverage Manager and Corporate Development Chef, with a background as an Executive Chef in various establishments such as BC Ferries, Salmon House on the Hill, Marriott Hotel, Residence Inn Downtown Vancouver, LIFT Restaurant, Wedgewood Hotel, and Beach Side Cafe.
