Lloyd Brina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business coaching, innovation support, and strategic management. Since March 2019, Lloyd has served as a Senior Manager at the British Business Bank, focusing on financing solutions for businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, while also contributing to the UK Network Insights & Strategy Team. In addition, Lloyd founded InnovateWest, an innovation intermediary providing commercial support and networking services. Previous roles include Knowledge Exchange Manager at Falmouth University, Innovation Specialist at Business West, and various coaching positions across organizations such as Oxford Innovation and Serco Group plc. Lloyd holds multiple degrees, including a BA in International Business Administration from Brunel University and a Diploma in Company Direction from the University of Exeter.
