Rob Spence is an accomplished executive with extensive experience at PZ Cussons since May 2001, currently serving as the Managing Director for the United Kingdom and a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team. Spence has held several leadership roles across regions, including Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, where responsibilities included leading the ANZ Executive Board, optimizing team performance, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance market presence. Previous positions also include Business Unit Director for Southeast Asia and Indonesia, with a focus on operational metrics and distribution network optimization. Additionally, Spence contributes as a Non-Executive Director for the British Brands Group and was a member of the Board of Directors for Accord Australasia. Education was completed at Filton College.
