Mireille Dagger has held various roles throughout their work experience. Starting in 2009, they gained experience at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Mireille then worked as a Trainee Solicitor at Cripps LLP from 2012 to 2014, and later as a Corporate Solicitor at the same company from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Corporate Solicitor at Mackrell Turner Garrett. Following that, Mireille worked as a Corporate Associate at Sheridans from 2017 to 2020. Their most recent position before their current role was as a Senior Corporate Associate at BDB Pitmans, where they undertook a broad range of domestic and international M&A work, including advising clients from various sectors such as beauty, media and entertainment, and hospitality. Currently, Mireille serves as the Executive Director at the British Beauty Council, starting in November 2021.

Mireille Dagger attended Norton Knatchbull Grammar School from 2006 to 2008, where they completed their A Levels. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Kent from 2008 to 2011, earning a Law LLB degree with a focus on Law. After their undergraduate studies, they went on to study at the College of Law London from 2011 to 2012, obtaining an LPC (Legal Practice Course) degree with a specialization in Private & Commercial Law.
