David Weaver is currently serving as a Senior Partner at DWC Consulting and Seventh Wave Corporate Training, which focus on talent management and corporate training respectively. Prior to this, David held the position of President and Governor at BACP and worked as a Political Advisor for a UK political party. David also has experience as the CEO of Mann Weaver Drew, a consulting and executive recruitment firm. David received their MSc degree from Nottingham University Business School.
