Kate Majmader has extensive experience in marketing and customer communications, currently serving as the Customer Communications Lead at British Airways since May 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategic direction and marketing communications for key global loyalty partners. Prior to this role, Kate worked as a Global CRM Communications Manager on a freelance basis at Regus in early 2013, leading a creative pitch to recruit a digital CRM agency. From March 2005 to November 2012, Kate held the position of Account Director at Brierley & Partners and previously served as an Account Manager at Z-CARD from 1998 to 2002. Kate graduated from UCL in 1995.
