Eleanor Whittaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payments platform management and project delivery. Currently serving as Payments Platform Product Lead at British Airways since September 2021, Eleanor oversees the development and maintenance of the airline's global payment processing systems. Prior to this role, Eleanor excelled at Banco Santander, where as Payments Platform Product Owner and Senior Project Manager, responsibility included managing an agile program for a new CRM platform, engaging with stakeholders, and overseeing project budgets and timelines. Eleanor's professional journey began with a focus on technology and operations analysis, and included roles in risk management and project management.
