Candice Middleton is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment and HRIS management. Currently serving as HRIS Product Owner at British Airways since May 2022, Candice has previously held significant roles such as Recruitment Systems Assistant Manager for Student Recruitment at KPMG UK and Recruitment Systems Product Owner and Talent Acquisition and Planning Manager at British Airways. Earlier experience includes tenure as Senior Recruitment Specialist for Western Europe and UK Recruitment Consultant at LEGO Group, as well as roles at Siemens as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Resourcer. Candice began a career in recruitment at Marks Sattin and started in media sales during a university placement at Mash Media. Candice holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
