Phil Reynolds has been in the business world since 2001 when they began working as a Studio Engineer and Songwriter for Music Precedent. In 2003, they founded and became the Chairman of BriteCore and also took on the role of CEO and Founder, where they were responsible for the direction and success of the company and its flagship product. In 2021, Phil began working as a Senior Consultant for VERITUITY and also took on the role of CEO for DevStride.

Phil Reynolds obtained their B.S. in Electronic Arts from Missouri State University in 2002, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.97 and With Honors. In 2011, they completed Executive Certifications in Business Administration and Management, General from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2012, they obtained their Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from The Institutes. In 2019, they obtained their SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Phil is also currently working on their Leading Change in Complex Organizations certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
