This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in the US, with a preferred location of Florida. 

Summary

BriteCore is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the accelerated implementation of our configuration/SaaS-based Property and Casualty (P&C) Policy Administration System (PAS). You will be the driving force, persuading customers to expedite the provisioning and sign off on accurate rating, policy, integration, and lifecycle configuration information and then fully engage in training and validation. You will develop and drive detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, providing effective communication and coordination throughout the accelerated project lifecycle to ensure milestone achievement.

What you’ll do 

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of BriteCore’s PAS, ensuring alignment with accelerated 4-9 month project goals, timelines, and budget constraints

  • Work as the key point of contact with our largest clients, providing a world class experience by forming trusting relationships, setting expectations, and preventing scope creep or changes during the configuration and validation phases to minimize implementation delays and control costs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including: product owners, engineering, QA, and key business stakeholders to define and drive business requirements, project scope, objectives, and deliverables in order to provide optimal value to our clients end-users

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the accelerated project lifecycle

  • Optimize implementation processes to reduce costs and timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables, resulting in happy and referenceable customers

  • Interface with and report progress to executives at BriteCore and the customer, providing regular updates and insights into the accelerated project's status

  • Manage team resource allocation across projects, ensuring milestone achievement, and tracking actual effort to accurately schedule and resource future projects

  • Facilitate meetings that lead to actionable outcomes and decisions with follow-up communication including a summary of decisions, next steps, and assigned responsibilities

  • Manage, communicate, and escalate potential risks and challenges transparently, outlining mitigation strategies

  • Up to 25% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Science (MIS), Business or related field

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex implementation projects

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in the P&C space

  • PMP or similar project management certification

  • Experience using project management solutions like Wrike

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships, set expectations, and persuade customer engagement

  • Superior organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

  • Professional demeanor in stressful situations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Scrappy, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and learning as you go
