Shaked Cohen is a Technical Support Engineer currently at Qualtero, formerly Britannica Knowledge Systems, since August 2021, and previously held the role of QA Engineer. Prior to this, Shaked served as an LMS Implementor at Qualtero from April 2018 to October 2020. Shaked's earlier experience includes military service in the Israel Defense Forces as a Sergeant and Combat Engineer from July 2015 to March 2018. Shaked holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, completed in August 2023, and also attended HackerU for computer studies from April 2018 to June 2019.
