Alex Mendiola, M. Ed., M.B.A. is an accomplished product manager with extensive experience in educational technology and instructional design. Currently at Britannica Education, Alex leads the development of a mobile app for language learners, achieving significant subscriber growth. Prior experiences include roles at Snapsheet Inc, where Alex improved product deployment through data analysis and innovation, and at Blackbaud, where effective collaboration with engineers and designers fostered user-focused feature development. With a strong background in teaching English at various educational institutions, including the New York City Public Schools and East Orange District Schools, Alex is dedicated to enhancing learning experiences through technology and design. Alex holds a Master of Arts in Education and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel.
