Daniel Owen is a Senior Associate in the Commercial IP, IT and Data Team at Bristows LLP, having held this position since January 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel served as an Associate in the same team and was previously an Associate in the IP/IT group at Slaughter and May from September 2015 to December 2020. Daniel began legal career as a Trainee Solicitor, gaining experience across Corporate, Dispute Resolution, Finance, and IP/IT seats. A notable legal secondee at GSK from October 2019 to July 2020, Daniel also worked as a Law Tutor at Bloomsbury Law Tutors, covering various undergraduate subjects. Daniel completed a degree in Law with Spanish Law at the University of Oxford and furthered legal education with the LPC at BPP Law School, alongside a year of study in Spanish Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra during an Erasmus program.
