Tom Idar Finnesand has extensive experience in aviation, holding key positions at Bristow Group since August 2013, including Flygesjef, Flight Operations Manager, SAR Manager, Deputy Flight Operations Manager, and Quality Advisor. Prior to this, Tom Finnesand served as a pilot for SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) from October 1996 to August 2013 and was a fighter pilot in Luftforsvaret from June 1988 to October 1996. Additionally, Tom Finnesand was an instructor during the NATO Fighter Weapons Instructor Training from December 1995 to May 1996. Tom Finnesand's education includes Fighter Weapons Instructor Training (1992-1993), Luftkrigsskole 1 (1987), and Befalsskole (1986-1987).
