John 'JP' Pearce has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. John 'JP' most recently worked at Bristow Group as the Safety and Compliance Lead for Falkland Islands SARSH & FOST and as a UK AOC Auditor. Prior to that, they worked as a Distribution Driver at Driver Hire Nationwide. John 'JP' also served as an Embraer 145 Captain at Loganair Limited and as an Embraer 135/145 Captain and Flight Safety Officer at bmi regional. John 'JP' was a Saab 2000 Captain and Aberdeen Base Captain at Eastern Airways (UK) Ltd, and earlier in their career, they served as a Director at John Pearce Flying Services. John 'JP' also worked as a Saab 2000 Captain and Flight Safety Officer at Eastern Airways (UK) Ltd, as an Airline Pilot (Dash 8-300) at Air Southwest, and as a Dash 8-300 First Officer at BA Connect. Additionally, they were a Freelance Flight Instructor for various training establishments in the South West of the UK.

John 'JP' Pearce attended Lawrence Weston School from 1991 to 1996, where they completed their GCSE studies.
