Victor Rivas is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in sales training and development, particularly in immunology and biologics. Currently serving as the Director of Immunology Sales Training and Talent Development at Bristol Myers Squibb since April 2022, Victor focuses on training for dermatology and rheumatology sales. Prior to this role, Victor worked at Novartis from 2002 to April 2022, holding various leadership positions including Director of Sales Training and Development for the IHD Franchise, where Victor led training for Cosentyx, Ilaris, and transplant products.
