Tom Shortt is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in project and plant engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Director at Bristol Myers Squibb since June 2017, Tom has held several leadership positions, including Associate Director and Projects Programme Manager. Prior to this, Tom was with Helsinn Group as Manager of Projects and Project Engineer from September 2011 to June 2017. Previous experience includes roles at Pfizer Newbridge, Astra Zeneca, Wyeth Medica Ireland, Jacobs Engineering Group, and Abbot Ireland, focusing on project engineering and commissioning. Tom holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Limerick and has further education from PMI.
