Jenny Loffell is an experienced professional in clinical operations and site monitoring, currently serving as Associate Director for Site Monitoring and Clinical Operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb since August 2001. Responsibilities include resource management for over 250 sites, strategic planning for the Clinical Trials Department, development of reporting programs, and oversight of line managers while driving global monitoring performance. Previous experience includes roles as Clinical Site Monitor at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Clinical Research Associate at Schering-Plough Research Institute. Jenny began a career in the pharmaceutical industry as a Microbiologist at Adcock Ingram and holds a BSc Honours degree in Microbiology and Genetics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
