Giardi Paola has extensive experience in quality assurance and analytical chemistry, currently serving as Team Leader for Quality at Catalent Spa since March 2018. Previously, Giardi held various roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including QA Team Leader and QA Specialist within the sterile QA division, where responsibilities included managing and closing quality events and approving batches. Additionally, Giardi worked as a QC Supervisor, overseeing routine activities related to chemical test approvals, and as an AST Specialist, supporting the transfer of new methodologies and analytical method development and validation. Earlier experience includes a position as an Analytical Methods Development Assistant at Pharmacia, where Giardi was responsible for the development and validation of analytical methods after training in methodology validation. Giardi holds a degree in Chemistry with a focus on Analytical Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry at Università La Sapienza.
