Alisha Desai, MS, MBA, is a seasoned clinical research professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Scientist at Bristol Myers Squibb since February 2024, Alisha previously held various leadership roles at HUTCHMED, including Director of Clinical Research Scientist and Associate Director positions, from December 2018 to January 2024. Prior experience at Novartis spanned from March 2015 to December 2018, where roles included Clinical Study Manager and Clinical Research Scientist. Alisha holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Leadership from Rutgers Business School (2020-2022), a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University (2013-2015), and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology with a Chemistry Minor from Saint Elizabeth University (2009-2013).
