Al K. currently serves as the Procurement Site Head for Strategic Sourcing & Cell Therapy Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Al K. worked at Novartis from October 2018 to May 2023, first as the Head of Procurement for Gene Therapies in the US and then as Manager of Global Strategic Sourcing for Gene Therapies. Al K. also has extensive experience at Pharmavite, where the roles included Global Category Manager for both Capital and Direct Material, as well as Associate Sourcing Category Manager for Direct Material, from August 2013 to October 2018. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Buyer II for Direct Material at NHK Laboratories, Inc. from January 2012 to August 2013.
