Katherine Brooks is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in emergency and forensic nursing. Currently serving as a Forensic Nurse at Foundation Health Partners since August 2024 and a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Providence Valdez Medical Center since January 2024, Katherine also works as a School Nurse for the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District. With a background in emergency care established since 2005, Katherine holds positions as an Emergency Room Nurse in various health facilities, including ROSEBUD INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE HOSPITAL, Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation, Petersburg Medical Center, Sidney Health Center, and Maniilaq Association. Katherine's nursing education was obtained from the University of Pikeville from 2003 to 2005, where a degree in Applied Science with a focus on Registered Nursing was awarded.
