Alex Grainge is a highly experienced Specialist Paramedic in Urgent and Emergency Care with a focus on "see & treat" interventions at South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. Since June 2015, Alex has held various roles including Operations Officer and Lead Paramedic, demonstrating skills in performance management and incident command. In addition to ongoing professional development through a PGDip in Advanced Healthcare Practice, Alex works as a Paramedic Practitioner for BrisDoc Healthcare Services and provides freelance clinical and educational services through Grainge Medical Services. As a member of the UK Emergency Medical Team, Alex participates in humanitarian responses globally and serves as an Expedition & Remote Area Paramedic with Exile Medics, contributing to events and initiatives in challenging environments.
