Toni Janke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the arts and cultural sectors, including membership on the National Indigenous Music Awards Leadership Group and QMusic as Elder in Residence. Toni serves as a Board Member and Chairperson of the First Nations Advisory Committee at Brisbane Powerhouse and is the Managing Director/Owner of Toni Janke Productions. Additional contributions include membership on the Indigenous Advisory Committee at Lion and mentorship for First Nations artists through the Regional Arts Services Network. Toni's past roles encompass manager and regional coordinator at Centacare Brisbane, where responsibilities included community support and advocacy, and chairperson at Gallang Place. Educational qualifications include a Combined Bachelor of Arts/Law from UNSW, Practical Legal Training from Bond University, and advanced theological studies from Australian Catholic University, complemented by certifications in life coaching and neuro-linguistic programming.
