Mikaela Hollonds is an experienced Venue Hire Manager and Producer at Queensland Ballet since March 2022, overseeing external venue hire and large-scale events at the Thomas Dixon Centre. Previously, Mikaela held multiple roles in the arts sector, including Ticketing and Customer Service Specialist at Brisbane Powerhouse and Front of House Manager for the Vancouver Fringe Festival, where management of volunteer teams and event logistics was key. Additional experience includes positions at Kay Meek Arts Centre and Room to Play Independent Theatre, focusing on front-of-house operations and production management. Mikaela holds a Masters of Business in Arts and Cultural Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Creative Industries from Queensland University of Technology, complemented by a BFA in Drama from the State University of New York at Oswego.
