Yan Gong has over 25 years of HR experience across various industries, demonstrating a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as HRVP at BrioHealth Solutions since September 2021, Yan previously held the position of HR Director for Stryker's China Manufacturing from April 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that role, Yan was the Asia HR Director at Mercury Marine from September 2010 to April 2019, overseeing HR services for approximately 300 employees across Asia. Yan started as HR Manager at Brintons, contributing to the establishment of a new plant in China, and also held HR Manager roles at Harman JBL, where leadership included managing a 700-employee manufacturing site, and Delphi, where responsibilities involved training and lean manufacturing initiatives.
