Sreenivas Nalla has over 15 years of professional experience in software engineering and development. In 2021, they began working as a Lead SQL Developer for BRIO. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Sql Developer for CloudQ from 2019-2021. From 2015-2019, they were a Senior Systems Analyst for InRhythm Inc, where they tested, cleaned, and standardized data to meet business standards using SSIS and BIML, and designed and deployed an email notification module. From 2011-2015, they were a Senior Technical Lead for InRhythm Solutions-Hyderabad, where they were an onsite coordinator for a CRM-BI solution. From 2010-2011, they were a Software Engineer for Arctern Consulting, a subsidiary of Volt Information Sciences, USA, where they developed a synchronizer tool and implemented an ODS. From 2009-2010, they were a Senior Software Engineer for Mahathi Software Pvt Ltd., where they were involved in requirements gathering and performance tuning. From 2008-2009, they were a Senior Technical Consultant for e4e, where they were involved in requirements gathering and configuring the application as per client. From 2006-2008, they were a Software Engineer for Akhil Systems Pvt. Ltd., where they performed code development, code reviews, testing, and code delivery.

Sreenivas Nalla completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2000 and 2004. Sreenivas has also obtained certifications from Microsoft, TestDome and other institutions, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in October 2022, SQL in January 2019, Exam 462: Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 Databases in October 2015, Exam 463: Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 in October 2015 and Exam 466: Implementing Data Models and Reports with Microsoft SQL Server in October 2015.
