Shane McKiernan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shane started their career at Wincor Nixdorf in 2007, where they held the roles of Service Delivery Manager and Customer Excellence Center Manager. In these positions, they focused on ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Shane also managed a team of supervisors and established global contacts to stay updated on industry best practices and innovations.
In 2013, McKiernan joined Brink’s Inc as a Commercial Director, where they focused on developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the company. Shane later worked their way up to become the Director of Integrated Managed Services, where their focus was on managing the integrated managed service function and transitioning Brink’s into a service integrator for large retail and financial institution customers.
McKiernan then took on the role of Senior Director of Product at Brink’s, where they were responsible for overseeing product development and ensuring the successful launch of new offerings. Shane was later promoted to Vice President of Product, where they continued to drive product innovation and development.
Currently, McKiernan holds the position of Vice President of Digital Solutions Sales at Brink’s. In this role, they lead the digital retail solutions team, focusing on solution selling and helping customers transition into digital solutions.

Shane McKiernan completed a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Technological University Dublin from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Interactive Multimedia and Design from B.C.F.E between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, they received a Diploma in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin from 2001 to 2004.
