Elroy (O.C.) van den Bout is a seasoned entrepreneur and business development expert with extensive experience in the financial sector and consultancy. Currently serving as the owner of Olivier Cornelis B.V. and EB Results, Elroy has also held the position of Business Development Manager BeNe at Brink's Solutions Nederland since December 2020, where responsibilities include developing new propositions and services. Previous roles include freelance business development with TMG and Nespresso UK, focusing on innovative advertising and app development, respectively. Elroy co-founded Point M, an online marketing and IT agency, and completed a Bachelor Thesis within the own enterprise, exploring the professionalization of organizations.
