Gustavo Orozco is a talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as the Talent Selection Manager for California at Brinker International since September 2023, Gustavo previously worked at Google as a recruiter for software engineering and product management from August 2021 to February 2023, sourcing Product Managers. Prior experience includes a role as Strategic Operations & Talent Acquisition Area Manager at The Service Companies, where communication with the VP of Operations and recruitment goal establishment were key responsibilities. Gustavo also served as an Executive Field Recruiter and People Operations Coordinator at ezhome, focusing on business development and employee retention.
