Tom Spiltijns currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Bringme since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Pepperminds Belgium from October 2019 to July 2023, including Chief Sales Captain and Sales Captain, where responsibilities included organizing employee activities, mentoring job students, and liaising with management. Earlier, Tom contributed as a Junior Sales Captain and Sales Promoter, engaging in direct marketing and fundraising for various NGOs. Tom's career began with a role as a Sales Talent at Rust-Oleum Europe, alongside working as a warehouse assistant. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven, as well as a secondary education background focused on economics and modern languages.
