Gregory Gygax has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gregory started their career as a Technischer Support at Threema in September 2014 and worked there until July 2016. From October 2014 to July 2016, they also worked as an Event Techniker und Support at GroupConsulter AG. In December 2018, they joined ZHAW ICLS Institute of Computational Life Sciences as a Research Assistant, where they worked until December 2021. In May 2019, they joined Prognosix AG as a Software Engineer/ML Engineer and worked there until December 2021. In April 2020, Gregory joined inteco edv ag as a System Engineer and worked there until December 2021. Currently, they work at Bring! Labs AG as a Data Science Engineer, starting in October 2022.

Gregory Gygax earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Zell-/Zellularbiologie und Molekularbiologie from the University of Bern. Gregory attended the university from 2010 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, Gregory pursued a Master of Applied Sciences degree in Applied Computational Life Sciences at the ZHAW School of Life Sciences and Facility Management. Gregory completed their master's degree from 2017 to 2019.
