Robert Madel has a long and varied work experience in finance and logistics. Robert began their career in 2005 as a student at the Naval Submarine School. In 2006, they were a Finance/Logistics Officer for the USS Kentucky (SSBN 737) Blue Crew, where they managed a $2 million annual budget and inventory of 32,000 line items worth $35 million. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Finance/Logistics Officer for SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team One, where they led a 21-person team and managed a $9.5 million annual budget and 2 warehouses with 11,000 line items valued at $32 million. In 2010, they were a Finance/Logistics Officer for the Naval Special Warfare Center, where they led a 16-person team and managed a $4.5 million budget for essential gear and services for 1,200 prospective students. In 2011, they were a Business Consultant at Eze Software Group, where they implemented the Eze Order Management System (OMS) and managed the company's client relationships. From 2014 to 2019, they held various positions at Black Mountain Systems and Amazon, including Senior Implementation Specialist, Implementation Specialist, Finance Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst. In 2019, they were an MBA Finance and Strategy Consultant at Nanodropper, LLC. Robert is currently Head of Finance at BRINC, a position they have held since 2022.
Robert Madel received a B.S. in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. In February 2015, they obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute.
