Mohamed Arafa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Mohamed currently works as the Regional Senior Finance Head at Mars, Inc., where they act as a trusted advisor to Marketing and focuses on generating insights and driving financial performance. Prior to this, they were the Finance Director at Brimore, where they played a key role in steering business decisions and built the Finance department from scratch.

Before their time at Brimore, Mohamed worked at Mars in various finance roles. Mohamed served as the IDBU Senior Finance Manager, responsible for managing multiple regions and optimizing trade ROI. Mohamed also held the position of Egypt, Libya & Sudan Finance Manager, where they provided financial support to the sales function.
