Jackie Coleman has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Jackie is currently the VP of Product at Brilliant since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Product, eCommerce at Fast Radius from February 2021 to May 2022.

From July 2019 to November 2020, Jackie was the Head of Product at Brideside. In this role, they rebuilt the technology stack and e-commerce shopping experience, resulting in significant improvements such as 300% faster page load times. Jackie also hired new team members and sourced a new development agency to support the company's growth.

Before Brideside, Jackie worked at Eved from March 2018 to June 2019, where they served as the Head of Product and later as the Director of Product. During their tenure, they implemented agile product discovery processes, restructured the engineering team, and led successful projects for Fortune 500 clients.

Prior to Eved, Jackie held various product management positions at a SaaS event technology company. Jackie started as a Member Services and Product Specialist from September 2012 to October 2014 and eventually became a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager. In these roles, they collaborated with cross-functional teams and clients to design and implement product enhancements and site-wide projects.

Jackie's work experience also includes a brief role as an Event Coordinator at Red Frog Events in 2012 and an internship at the Family Business Center at the University of Louisville from September 2010 to August 2011.

Jackie Coleman started their education journey in 2004 at Washington and Lee University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History in 2008. In 2010, they enrolled at the University of Louisville and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2011. In 2015, Jackie attended The Starter League to pursue a User Experience course. In 2018, they further enhanced their skills by completing the Data Analytics & SQL Circuit Certification program at General Assembly. Alongside their formal education, Jackie obtained the Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level Two (PMC-II) certification from Pragmatic Marketing in February 2018.
