Nika Esipov has a diverse professional background, currently serving in Creative Strategy and Operations at Brilliant.org since March 2021, where the focus is on storytelling in math and science. Prior to this role, Nika held the position of Chief of Staff at Token from 2017 to 2019, contributing to the development of tools for identity management, and co-founded Knight Bus, a women-first mass transit initiative, serving as Chief of Staff from 2019 to 2021. Early experiences include working as a Course Assistant in the Department of Modern Languages at Carnegie Mellon University in 2014, and participating in the Festival PR & Research Team at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, where Nika translated interviews for major publications. Nika Esipov is an alumna of Carnegie Mellon University and Stamford High School.
