Rishu Raj has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2019, they worked as a Quality Control Intern at Ipca Laboratories Limited. They then moved on to Health'N'U Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. in 2020, where they held the position of a Health care executive. In 2021, Rishu joined LanceSoft, Inc. as a Management Trainee and stayed with the company until 2022. Later in 2022, they worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at E-Solutions for a few months. Currently, Rishu is working at Brilliant Infotech Inc. as an HR and Operations admin.

Rishu Raj completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) degree in Pharmacy at DIT University from 2016 to 2020. Following this, from 2022 to 2024, Rishu pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services at DY Patil University.
