Guilherme Soares is a professional with extensive experience in corporate development, investment analysis, and financial services. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Development & Strategy at Brigit since June 2024, Guilherme previously held the position of Senior Investment Analyst at Hercules Capital, Inc., focusing on tech deals from May 2022 to June 2024. Prior to that, Guilherme worked at J.P. Morgan as a LevFin / Corporate Client Banking Analyst with tech coverage and as a CIB Credit Risk Analyst specializing in FIG coverage. Initial roles include a CIB Credit Risk Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan and an Innovative Finance Intern at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. Guilherme's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago and a diploma from Baylor School.
